With almost immediate proximity to sea, harbour and farmland, our Executive Head Chef, Andrew Costley and his team hand-select only the freshest and finest of produce. Each and every ingredient is celebrated within our seasonally curated menus.

Autumn/winter is without doubt the time to savour shellfish – our current menus naturally celebrate famed Orkney scallops and locally caught langoustine & crab – however there is a choice of seasonal fish, meat and vegetarian dishes across all our menus.
